“Residents for Rebuilding Lincoln Park” Sixth Planning meeting, Saturday February 8, 1pm at Fort Street Brewery. Plan on an hour or so. I suggest if you want to attend, that you review my plan on the website, and get an idea of what year 1 & 2 action steps you are interested in being a Leader on. I have submitted this revitalization/rebuilding plan to the Mayor & City Council members. Every pair of hands is needed, whether you can volunteer 2 hours a week, or 20 hours a week. A cohesive plan, with many people working it, that is how a city begins anew. Join this effort, become a resident who leads our city into a strong/diversified economic future. News-flash: The Michigan Vacant Property Campaign has reviewed my plan, and incorporated some of my ideas into their report to Lincoln Park’s DDA, for how to revitalize the city. I consider this a nice ‘seal of approval’ from an independent group of Michigan experts. Come on LP residents, join the team as I continue to work my plan daily.
