Residing in Delhi, 2500 kms away it is not easy to grasp the current situation in my university. Its a shame for every student of every college in Bengal. Though I am overwhelmed with the current state of student support which proves again that our conscience is not totally dead in these torrid times in Bengal. But I must say, given the nature of the act, it demands a spontaneous involvement of all you, all the students . My message is for those people who are sitting in front of TV and thinking college gulo te kisob hoche! Its an act of disgrace to you too. Dont think this doesnt concern you and had only happened to a certain college. Put off the TV and get outside to join the others. Its an act against your campus democracy and if something undesirable happens in the near future you would be equally responsible. Make it an example so that the authorities thinks twice before committing such shameful act. And remember we shall overcome.
