The 538,000 sq ft complex, located between the LG Arena and the Crowne Plaza Hotel overlooking Pendigo Lake on the NEC site, will home to a vast range of exciting facilities, including: - 176 room four star hotel with five star suites and spa - A designer outlet centre with 45 units selling a range of discounted fashion, shoes and electronics. - A 11-screen cinema with state-of-the-art digital technology. - A multi-use banqueting and conference centre. - A casino offering a contemporary and exciting gaming experience. - A wide range of internationally-themed restaurants and bars. The development of Resorts World Birmingham will deliver significant economic benefits to the region. During construction 1,750 jobs will be created and when fully operational 1,100 jobs will be created.
