Respect. For your family. Your friends. Your elders. Your colleagues. Your heroes. Most people have respect. That respect covers many, many things. Mainly for others. So why is it that we dont have that same respect when it comes to ourselves, and our health? We may do this a couple of times a year, and most of us are particularly guilty of this at this present time of the year. You lose focus on yourself, and neglect your health. Well. What are you going to do about it? Stop it, right here, right now. We are going to finish the year strong. We are going to finish every year strong from now on. To do this, we are going to need to be organised. The things that are going to help us finish strong are simple, if we just take a little time to organise it. Once again, we are going to re-iterate the most basic of things you need to do, but still may neglect to do. Firstly, plan your exercise. Stick to your routine as near as dammit. Write them on the calendar, in your diary, or on your phone. If you go through the next couple of weeks trying to squeeze workouts in round everything, then you will fail. It is the busiest month of the year. You are no different from anyone else. Schedule your workout time, even if its a home workout. Secondly, plan your nutrition. Parties, functions, eating out. The sheer volume of all the festive fun will go some way to throwing you off your healthy eating stride. Plan for these events. Make smart choices. Dont be a yes person. Eat in moderation. Drink in moderation. Thirdly, adopt a positive mind set that focuses on you, as well as those you respect, and love. Factor in the elements above. Speak with your partner, so they understand that your routine is important to you. Have a strategy of organisation. Respect yourself. We all have 24 hours in a day. Regardless of who you are. Planning is even more important than you think. Without that plan, you will fail. With it, you will finish strong.
