Respect at future National County events. I can assure you as from next year we will not tolerate bad behaviour/Bullying when matches are being played. I am sure every one agrees a bit of banter is good for team morale but players need to understand that their is a time and place. It clearly is not when a player is taking a shot and definitely not acceptable to play a game and not shake a players hand or shout in an opponents face. It is not acceptable for players to try and intimidate an opponent whilst he or she is playing with masses of your team mates. This behaviour next year will have serious sanctions. I think all County managers for their respective County teams needs to send a clear message to all there players that respect is paramount with in our sport. This topic takes a bit of gloss off of what was a great weekend and I think when the individuals who let themselves and their respective teams down look back at some of their actions then common sense prevails going forward.
