Respect at work? Thats a funny thing in my world. I regularly ask myself what I have done to make so many people hate me in the workplace, whereas now I realize two very important things to that effect. First, respect in the workplace isnt even relevant. The control and flow of money is when you are the boss. That simple. CEOs come and go, the unit of account, vis-a-vis, money stays constant. Second, people like me will only be hated that much more as my power grows and I make logical, sound decisions, absent the influence of any and all emotions. True success comes at the times where the majority would not make the toughest decision available (killing one person to save a million). Lastly, and most importantly, as it has been taught to me - I just want it more than you. That right there, the fact that I want it more than you, doesnt sit well with those that earn a paycheck and clock out at 1700 everyday. #EntrepreneurForLife #Accelerate
