Respected, Chief Minister Smt. Sheela Dixit Dear Madam, I am not a political person neither a member of any political party. I am a social activists, Since I have become a senior citizen and ended my entrepreneurship as a exporter of patient registered brand of tee bag namely “RedAn” to all over gulf countries and from their to Europe and USA. My merchant packager was M/S Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd. under the Petroleum Ministry. Who played a dirty game with my regular revolving letter of credit of foreign exchange? Resulted my huge capital is still stuck up with the demand getting accorded. I am an observer and highly appreciate that Delhi as a city has become neat, clean roads, where general public is benefited. Commutation by metro rail, commutation by low floor bus AC & Non-AC both, these projects are going on for last 15 to 20 years. The Neglected areas are :- 1. The Government Hospital and Health. 2. The domestic garbage dens are overflowing all around the city of private areas of posh colonies as also urban areas of Delhi & NCR. GARBAGE:- Madam, I being working in this area, I was trying to get a quality manufacturer for both the area but I am sad to state that none of the US, Japan, Singapore, Germany who has got to sort out the domestic garbage problem with revenue inflow to Gov. but sad to note that none of the company willing to work with Gov. of India stating clear cut that “It is a very slow process of approval and also huge amount of pressure for payment under the table or any upfront money which is always expected and asked for hinting by delaying and buying time. ”. BY the time the Gov. of India decides the prices changes. Therefore not willing to work directly with the Gov. HEALTH:- With a Great difficulty one German manufacturing company namely ALTONA DIAGNOSTIC having regional office for Asia Pacific named Adt. Biotech Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this context to upgrade Gov. 42 Hospitals are not having Molecular Lab facility which I applied and done through survey and research from 1st of July 2012 got the technical clearance from DHS (Directorate of Health Services, Karkardooma) Numerous meetings were held with Head of the Microbiology and Virology in the Health Ministry but nobody likes to take the responsibility of approving/sanctioning. Lastly I found one of the hospital having a huge load of testing that is at TAHIRPUR G.T.B HOSPITAL. I with our German MD Dr. Finn Zedler had the detailed meeting with HOD, Virologists, and Microbiologists. We found their lab room is empty in the month of February, 2012. Therefore we designed one Pilot Project where the German company will invest A to Z Hardware’s with training by German Team to the existing lab technicians and provide one Head Count to supervise/nurture the lab from the Adt. Company for next 60 months Only the perishable-agents with DNA, RNA detection Kits. Gov. has to import as per the assorted list we received from GTB, HOD of Tahirpur, Whose cost is Euro 313,040.00 in INR 2,66,08,400/- every month for 104 different kind of infectious diseases which Delhi is facing year after year and morbidity rate going higher. IF MULTI BILLION CRORES PROJECTS IS RUNNING FOR THE LAST 15 TO 20 YEARS, WHY NEGLECT THE HEALTH OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHO AVAILS THE GOV. HOSPITAL FACILITIES FOR TREATMENT? Madam, election is on the shoulder of the Gov. and present public evaluate as awareness is through and through. I would request you to kindly check with your Health Minister and Health Secretary. Why a clear cut written reply or mail cannot be sent when Gov. is provided to each and every official computer with numerous secretaries? I am sure you being a veteran/experience politician you will definitely pay your attention. Refer to Hindustan Times “WHY MONEY IS NO ALTERNATIVE FOR HEALTHCARE AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS” by Shivani Singh, dated: Monday, August 19, 2013.
