Respected DG Radio Pakistan I am writing this email to you with a hope of betterment in the atmosphere in radio Islamabad. This email is not a complaint against anybody in person.# This email is only to bring few things in your knowledge. Your Islamabad office is in hands of 3 people in lower level. Hamid Zahoor Taranum Hamid and Kosar Samreen 1st of all this is a very prominent rule that if the husband is a permanent employee of radio Pakistan, his wife cannot work even as talent. Taranum Hamid works as news caster, She works as compares in fm also. Talent is not allowed to work on more than one station. But she is doing because she is wife of programme manager. Now her husband is trying to get her appointed as Consolidated. She comes along with her children and remains in Hamid Zahoor’s room all the day. This is her every day routine. If you have a look at Hamid Zahoor’s room, you will find it as their bed room, not a programme manager’s room. But the main problem what people are facing from this Couple that they are harassing other colleagues, they are always threatening the people and complaining about others, false and fake. Many people have gone on vacations just to avoid this worst situation. Kosar Samreen having a crowed always of her personal guests in her office. And she misbehaves and threatens staff in front of her guests in her room. She always introduces new and irritating rules for staff. Hamid Zahoor and his wife Taranum Hamid is very close to Kosar Samreen , they target the people , advice Kosar Samreen and , kosar implements the new rules on staff. Please investigate this all situation. And solve these worst issues. Your staff is very much disturbed because of these three people, they are not comfortable.
