But does it really sound wise and sane to tell journos that he/she will be arrested for roaming around Nabanna for their inevitable hunger for news? Section 188 of Indian Penal Code. Officials Secrets Act. Journos have a little care for these when it comes to invoke on them for visiting Nabanna. Really, very little. Discipline comes with an affection for norm. Affection intrudes your soul with love. And not threat. Threat always elicit negative response. Negativity seethes We, the journos are seething. Make no mistake. Seething.
