Respected Mr Modi , I am sure that the citizens will get motivated by your cleanliness drive but you need motivate the government machinery to work more efficiently and pick up the garbage. I live in Jaipur which is becoming filthier by the day, the mayor refuses the get the garbage picked up and the city if stinky and filthy. The city needs to be deweeded and footpaths free of construction rubble, all this is first the responsibility of the mayor. kindly enforce upon then to do their bit and with your guidance and inspiration the citizens will surely follow.
