The hospital is part of Orlando Health and is supported by the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation. Arnold Palmer Hospital is the first facility in Central Florida to provide emergency care exclusively for pediatrics. The Bert Martins Champions for Children Emergency Department and Trauma Center is part of the areas only Level 1 Trauma Center. APH Respiratory has an opportunities a variable full time night shift Registered Respiratory Therapist with pediatric experience preferred to join their team. Qualified candidates will possess the following: Maintains license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the State of Florida Department of Health. RRTs registered on or after July 1, 2002 must maintain an active status with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and updated every five years. RRTs credentialed prior to July 1, 2002 are not required to renew every five years in accordance with NBRC. Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification. Must be eligible for the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) exam per NBRC guidelines.
