Response time critical? Recently our patrol staff were abused by a customer been told they were hopeless and pathetic and our response time was poor whilst in attendance to a break and enter. When arriving on site 6 minutes thats right 6 minutes after been advised by the monitoring centre of multiple alarms and police arriving on site 10 minutes after security the customer decided to make it quiet well know her feelings and thoughts not just to security but police as well. Well here are our thoughts - if our response time was 20 minutes how many chain saws or other products would have you had stolen, instead due to the priority given and nature of the alarm we believe we saved you not hundreds of $$$ but thousand of dollars. The criminals that did this would have had what we call a spotter or a look out person watching for police and security - Our company on numerous occasions advised this business to secure your product when closed with chains and locks etc and advised your business now and in the future would be a constant target due to you location and multiple entry and access points to the site. The advice given is to better assist you and help you protect your property and stock however if you choose not to listen then the end result will be simple. The team @ Thomas Paul
