Rest In Peace True Blue - FL - A recently retired Flagler County sheriffs deputy shot and killed himself Tuesday at a Palm Coast park - Joseph P. Delarosby, 50, was found dead at Heros Park - Delarosbys vehicle was located in a parking area adjacent to a memorial for fallen law enforcement and fire personnel. Delarosby was a highly decorated member of the Sheriff’s Office and retired after 19 years of service. Throughout his years of service, Delarosby worked in the agency’s uniformed patrol division, Civil Process and most recently as a bailiff in Court Services. Over the course of his career, he received numerous awards and accolades, including 27 agency commendations, 12 certificates of appreciation and 13 personal letters of appreciation.
