Rest day- Strength training is the ultimate. Flexibility, Speed, Power, and Awareness need to be worked as well. The focus would be on the short intervals for the general program. There will be training for sport specific conditioning as well. Hip explosion must be worked. All of the athletic movements require good hip strength. Strong legs are required to maintain balance along with your base or center of gravity awareness. Upper torso strength in required for more of the primal movements that the human body is designed for. The strongest muscle of all is the mind. Constantly challenging the mind and achieving new goals is required to train the mind. This also provides confidence in the individual.
