Restoring diplomatic relations with Cuba. Pres. Obama sprung a surprise in announcing the US will restore diplomatic relations with Cuba, as well as swapping prisoners. The move frees American Alan Gross after five years of captivity. Todays move does not lift any of the trade embargoes on Cuba, that would require action from Congress. Your reaction?
