Retail Executive (Beauty/Wellness) - Up to $2700 + Fixed Moblie & Transportation allowance Position: Retail Executive (Beauty/Wellness) Salary: Up to $2700 + Moblie Allowance & Transportation allowance Working hours: 5 days work week (9am-6pm) Location: PWC Building Duration: Perm Responsibilities • Lead, discipline, motivate and develop/train a competent team of beauty advisors • Recruitment and management of beauty advisors, inclusive of counseling, motivating and supporting them • Management of customer service level of BA and customer issues • Monitor of annual and monthly sales target by brand and counter • Breakdown and monitoring of daily sales target • Calculation of BA incentive, petty cash and management of BA leave, medical leave • Planning of BA roster by counter and allocation of manpower • Preparation of testers for counters • Review of counter and warehouse inventory level to maintain healthy turnover of stocks • Ensure accuracy in counter stock and return quantity • Management of operational issues such as maintenance of VMD, systems etc • Regular visits to counters to ensure smooth operations and all guidelines are adhered • Set-up of counters and boutiques inclusive of arrangement of logistics (POS/printers, etc) • Ensure communication materials prepared by marketing are timely put up • Involved in atrium animation planning and set-up • Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system • Ensure effective management and update of member database • Ensure sales tally in POS system versus retailer’s system and all discrepancies are resolved • Weekly analysis and allocation of stocks to counters • Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stocks and GWP • Be on ground during events, workshops and atrium show to set-up and prepare as well as to motivate and drive sales with frontline staff • Ensure marketing effort are well executed and understood by BA • Share ideas and contribute to trade activities and provide feedback on marketing activities • Monitoring and compiling of competitor’s movement (new products, MBB, animations) • Propose promotional mechanics by retailers and liaise with buyers on promotions and sell-in • Build rapport with floor staff Requirements - Has relevant work experience in beauty / cosmetics industry - Womans boutique , requires staff to model product while on job Interested applicants, please SMS/Whatapps to 91555675 OR send in your resume to [email protected] License no: 13C6391/R1433814
