Basic Function: Execute project expansion plan and enhance brand market share Duties and responsibilities: Implement short and long term expansion plan Head site selection after demographic and geographic study of potential cities and negotiate lease agreements Coordinating design development between local designers and International design department Implement new opening plans covering opening budgets, in coordination with operations, recruiting, local training teams Implement Grand Opening event for all new opening branches.
