Rethink Iran: World Class Skiing - from Tehran to Snowy Bliss One of our favorite subscribers, Jim Hocking, requested that we post more about Irans famous ski resorts and coral reefs. As an introduction, wed like you to view this amazing short film by Rasto Hatiar entitled, Ski Emotion in Iran. (Pro tip: hit the HD button for MUCH better quality that appears when you hover over the video with your mouse on the bottom right of your screen) Because these particular skiers are avid professionals, it doesnt show some of the modern ski resorts in Iran around the beautiful Alborz mountain range, but it certainly is a nice primer as to how Tehrans city life is contrasted by the snowcapped mountain ranges upon which some amazing skiing occurs and can occur.
