Retirement, never thought I would get there. Now that I have made that great step, learned to relax I can begin to enjoy it.. I had my injection in my back to help with the pain and mobility, boy that was an experience but worth it, I can move and bend without that sharp pain. I have a great family and now can enjoy them so much more and play with my doggie family, and paint, and continue to do all the other good things in life,who could ask for anything better.
