Return, O my soul, to your rest, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you. ( Psalm 116:7 ) When were praying for Gods mercy, waiting for relief from some trouble or difficulty, it can seem like an eternity since we experienced peace of mind. While were in this waiting room of Gods timing, we can draw strength and comfort by remembering the ways in which the Lord has dealt bountifully with us, the ways hes rescued us, and come through with protection and provision when weve needed it, the ways hes resolved conflict and restore relationships. As our mind return to his acts of mercy, our souls can return to their rest, for God has and always will deal bountifully with his children. ( Have a blessed Day!!!!!)
