Returning to the ring 12 days after his last KO win, TMT fighter Anvar Boynazarov fought Sakultong from Phuket Sitsongpeenong gym at Bangla stadium last Sunday night. After trading hard kicks and punches for 4 rounds, Sakutong was ahead on the judges scorecards going into the 5th round and looked to be headed for victory. Anvar had other ideas though, and landed one of his powerful punches right on the jaw of Sakultong to put him down on the canvas and then put him down again for a TKO victory in the 5th round. Always keen to stay busy, Anvar is fighting again on Wednesday!
