Revelation 2. Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; I know thy works, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars. ( evil in Gods eyes is disobedience to Gods Word, as the Bible is for believers, it is foolish to the natural man, sensual, still walking in the flesh, verses walking in the Spirit of God, having truly been Born of the water and of the Spirit of God. ( Jn. 3: ) ( If not walking in the Spirit, one is not saved, and many will perish for another mans sin of pride or unbelief for not receiving the love of the truth. ( 2 Th. 2 ) One mans sin will cause millions to perish. We all will be held accountable before Jesus. It is up to us to search the scripture to receive the truth. The Lord must have a prayer of repentance first. ( Rev. 3 ) The Lord must reveal Himself to you. ( Jn. 20: 17; Lu. 10:21-22; Matt. 11;27; Rev. 11: 27 ) And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my NAMES sake hast labored, and hast not fainted. ( caps for emphasis, as many brethren are enemies of Christ .) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. ( Out of love, when we repented of our sins at the altar or wherever, did we not confess that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, and was raised from the dead on the third day? )
