Revelation 9:14 Then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, one saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released, so that they would kill a third of mankind.… These four angels that are described in the book of Revelations are Countries who are bound by The Euphrates River. Syria just happens to be one of them. If we go into battle with Syria, WW3 is imminent. These people have been fighting this battle long before the bible was ever written and they will continue to fight until the end of times. Which appears to be sooner than you can imagine. So sad.... :(
