Solution: SPF Sun Protection Factor Wear a moisturizer or protective lotions with a SPF factor of at least 30 on all areas of potential exposure 20 minutes before sun exposure .Wear a hat, protective clothing for outdoor activiities, wear sunglasses to protect the eyes and the eye area, avoid tanning beds since they are also damaging to the skin.
