Revenue Cycle Manager Pittsburgh, PA 15235 HealthCare service and consulting company is seeking an experienced FT Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our growing Revenue Cycle Service Department. Candidate must have experience in revenue cycle management with a progressive leadership track record. Essential Functions: •Monitor critical processes of the department to ensure they are completed as designed •Assist in the development, implementation and revision of departmental policies and procedures •Oversee patient and vendor accounts and assist in identifying and resolving billing and processing problems •Maintain and distribute the physician / insurance listings •Maintain and distribute the vendor listings •Coordinate the escalation, testing, and resolution of Software issues with the IT department, develop tracking tool, and communicate new processes to Patient Financial Services •Assist with training, creating training agenda and training records, orientation and performance evaluations for all direct reports •Work on special projects, compile data and prepare reports •Oversee the documented and formalized audit processes for charges, receipts, registration, CMS 1500 FORM and Follow up units •Review and analyze insurance company publications / websites for impact and implement necessary changes and processes •Provide supervisory oversight and leadership of revenue cycle department. Requirements: • Experience in revenue cycle management with a progressive leadership track record. • Knowledge of billing and collection practices and medical policies and procedures • Knowledge of medical insurance policies and procedures preferred • Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and make recommendations. • Basic computer and office environment skills including Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent analytical, communication, and PC skills required. • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or Business Administration required.
