Reverse Urbanspoon #5or 6 : I answered the phone at Spitiko tonite and was asked for the duty manager . Not sure what that meant but I said that I was it for the purpose of the call . The diner rang to complain that her bill included the cost of food that was offered to her by one of our waitresses . I couldnt understand the problem and was to busy to try . I offered a full refund on her return . She said she would never come back . I asked why she rang then? She did it for me so as to instruct my staff to quote prices whCLICK . Yes , I hung up.... I was just running through scenarios in my head . Sir would you like a Greek salad with your meat ? Diner : yes Me : You sure? You know it will add $13.90 to your bill , can you afford it ?
