Reverse ab leg raises (level-advance): Try these out if youre up to a challenge. Great abs/core exercise that requires strength, balance, flexibility. Main thing to remember is to round your upper back and shoulders forward (hollow body poisition in gymnastics) so you can hold yourself up there for a long time. Once youre able to do that raise your butt backwards & up while contracting your your abs. Inhale up & exhale down. Not only does it work your core but also tris, chest, shoulders just from static holding. Good luck & have fun!
