Reverse hyper extension. Want great glutes and hammies?!!! I do! This machine is awesome. The bench plate Im laying on can tilt. Either flat as filmed here targeting both hammies and glutes or it can be tilted more vertical for more specific glute training. I finish my leg training day with 3 sets of 20-25 reps paired with leg extension to absolute failure. This reverse hyper weighs a lot unloaded so start there. Crazy girl that I am loaded with 40kg! Yippee. Ensure complete hang in your technique and really squeeze those glutes to drive the weights up and control the downward swing not drop. Enjoy and share if you like.
