Review: Flower ThatGameCompany knows the sacred combination that makes good soothing, intense, interesting, simple games. flOw, Journey, and Flower all have the same feel good vibe that carries you through the heavier sides of the game, and the ease of playability never falters. For Flower specifically, what is there to be said? Youre a petal on the wind, picking up other petals from flowers. Theres not really a plot as much as there is an underlying message throughout the very short game. Its fun, calming, somewhat challenging (if youre a completionist like I can be at times), and something you can revisit when bored. All of the completed levels can be accessed at any time, and there are a few little hidden things in each level. Good for all ages, simple, pretty to look at, and generally an enjoyable piece of cotton candy gaming. Cotton candy in the sense that it wont hold up in a storm, but if thats what youre looking for, then look no further.
