Revised an old recipe for peach cobbler today. Made it for my children when they were young. I used fresh peaches but canned peaches work just as well. Melt stick of butter, or 1/2 cup oleo in bottom of pyrex pan. Miix together 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, pinch of salt. Stir, Add 1 cup milk, stir in pan, bake in oven for 35 to 45 minutes at 350 or 375 degrees. cool enough to add whipped cream and enjoy.
