Revival Is Here. August 18, 2013] “I am sending a corporate outpouring upon My people now. For where it has seemed that churches and people are just going through the motions, I am sending angels and opening the heavens to create revivals in certain places and to revive hearts and minds. Know that revival is here once again!” Prophetic Scripture: Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation (Psalms 85:6-7). God has always ordained outpouring and revival events to refresh His people. As we study church history, it was always seasons of sovereign outpourings that fell upon the people of God that resulted in waves of God’s power. We have seen revivals of certain biblical truths, healing revivals, salvation revivals, deliverance revivals, and revivals pertaining to the ministry of angels. The list is extensive, but what we need to know is God will always have a remnant of people or a person to begin a revival event. Some revivals last weeks and others for years or decades. Many revivals have created entire denominations and sovereign moves of the Holy Spirit. The key is that revival will have lasting impact, usually on a large number of people. However, there are smaller revivals that affect certain local churches or groups of people and even private revivals in the hearts of individuals. So just because we don’t hear about it on Christian media doesn’t mean the revival wasn’t genuine. The key is when revival falls, it changes everything and uplifts everyone who is part of it. Let’s pray for revival to be poured out and know today that God is always going to have an outpouring. It’s time, for revival is here! Prayer: Lord, I ask You for a fresh outpouring of revival upon Your people. Let there be fresh waves of Your Spirit in nations, cities, churches, and in the hearts of individuals. I call for revival to fall upon us right now! In Jesus’ Name, amen.
