Rewa chief Ro Filipe Tuisawau posed the question suggesting the 2013 Constitution has been imposed on people and not the product of consensus. “Just about the Yash Ghai Commission we all participate in the consultation but we need a constitution that will bring unity to all but when that does not happen for us it is really a disappointment,” Ro Filipe said.
