Sourced oven but needed asap go-ahead from Landlord via Letting Agent..no reply.. Saturday 20 Dec : Boiler breakdown in Philpstoun. Boiler condemned, new boiler needed before Christmas. Go-ahead from Singapore Landlord, deadline missed for oven, new online source and delivery for Sunday. Sunday 21 Dec: Delivery of oven at 07.45 !!. 15.45 email from a Landlord in Iraq !!... boiler breakdown in Pumpherston, been off 4 days, needs asap replacement, can we do it??. Monday 22 Dec: 07.00 Boiler pick-up for Pumpherston. Philpstoun boiler not arriving until midday on Tuesday. No Roofer available, closed for holidays. Built-in gas oven install in Linlithgow for Singapore Landlord. Boiler breakdown in Edinburgh. Boiler installation completion in Pumpherston for Iraq based Landlord. Tuesday 23 Dec: 07.30 start at Philpstoun, remove boiler. Still no roofer. Repair boiler in Edinburgh New boiler arrived for Philpstoun. Roofer found for Wed morning call. BT Engineer for our new office running late. Philpstoun boiler awaiting roof work for new flue. Phone line installed at office. Boiler water leak in South Queensferry. Christmas Eve: 08.00 at Philpstoun. Wiring and flue install. Roofer arrived. Roof complete. Internet wireless thermostat system installed. Boiler install complete. Faulty hot water in Falkirk Boiler check-up in Shotts........ Finished.....so much for the steady wind-down !!! Merry Christma.......ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz !!!!
