Reza grew up a lot yesterday. Reza read about the hostage situation in Australia and he read about Ill ride with you twitter campaign. Its a campaign by non Muslims to ride on subways, trains, cars etc with their Muslims neighbours, friends and even strangers to show support against religious labelling and enmity. Non Muslims came out in droves to ask Muslim ladies not to remove their hijabs and if they are afraid of the repercussion in travelling alone, that they will accompany them. The action of one or a few Muslim fundamentalist does not paint the entire Muslim populace ANYWHERE as terrorist or potential terrorist. I know for a fact that westerners are not racist but to do the campaign, I cant help but felt moved. Love and understanding does conquer hate. And if they are compassionate, we must also be equally if not more compassionate. In the Quran, An-Nisa 85-86 Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah , over all things, a Keeper. And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet [in return] with one better than it or [at least] return it [in a like manner].
