Rhodes, Greek Island. Another beautiful place ticked off the list. We left Turkey at 9.00am Friday and arrived in Rhodes after a very bumpy boat trip, our nice hotel was easy to find thank god. We explored the old town, which was really cool. It seemed very old and medieval and it was surrounded by a large wall which was amazing. The next day I had a nice sleep in and then went for a massage down the road, I fell asleep twice in the table and twitched and scared the poor lady, she told me to go home and sleep haha. That evening we went for a walk around the harbor to see the Rhodes monuments which are two deer on columns. Along the way we saw so many cats it was unbelievable, someone had set up like a little shrine for them with a donations box for spaying, feeding and general care which was nice to see. The next morning we headed to a small town called Lindos, it had a huge castle (acropolis) on the hill. Once we reached the top it said that it was closing in ten minutes, that sucked. We headed back down for a swim at the small beach, the water was so clear as usual, amazing. We left Rhodes at 6.45 this morning on a flight via Athens to Greek Island Santorini. Cant wait to ride a donkey up the volcano!
