Hes one person without the qualifications Who has failed multiple times and risked it all Richard was deemed hopeless by his teachers And who risked multiple moments of downfalls in biz When I choose to learn especially on Biz & Entrepreneurship I dont only seek out to learn from people with Certs hanging on their walls I learn from those who experience life heads on And share based on those experiences Most of my Biz & Mindset mentors are those without qualifications Such as - Tony Robbins - just a janitor to a Motivational Speaker - David Neagle - Lorry driver to a Millionaire - Bob Proctor - Broke Fireman to a World Class Mindset Expert - Jack Canfield - Bankrupt to the #1 Coach in America Its not that I purposely choose someone who has no qualification Its just that their stories inspires me more as I can relate best to their struggles I believe that one earns the qualification to share what they have learnt when they have produced results out of their hard work They may have failed before But that is not my benchmark My benchmark is how they rise after their failures as theres much to learn from their Up and Down journey .. Anyway, business is a journey and learning can never end One who stops learning dies We only grow as big as we continuously invest in our own learning Anyone who promotes a Quota to Learning Is limiting growth to the human potential When you are grateful for the knowledge gained You will always see value in what you have learnt On Being Slow ... Just because progress is slow doesnt mean one should stop learning You do not fail coz you are slow, There are slow learners who are late bloomers Nature has shown that anything good takes time Even a baby takes 9 months to be in the womb A bamboo 3 years before it finally shoots up The rules in school cannot be applied to business In School you fail when you score Zero & labelled stupid In Business you score more Zeroes when you learn to Rise from failures Transforming from a Zero to Hero ... The ability to Humble oneself, To Zero oneself to Learn and be coachable is a trait of a successful entrepreneur For In the Business Some days you Win Some days you Learn But there is not a day you lose And Most Importantly Business is afterall NOT JUST about making Profits It is about growth backed by a Purpose Driven Mission A business all out just to make profits Is one devoid of the Heart to the Biz ..
