Richard E. Larson Can you say THE BOMB 50th Anniversary! Searched 4 states for a 1965 Pontiac GTO black with red walls, and one just dropped out of the sky (no punn intended!!) Would love to say that Daddy was going to be so excited ....but I had to let him see it early..I was just too dang excited!!! He smiles. I am giggling. He starts to get teary eyed. I say, Can you believe it, Daddy? Just like 50 years ago! He looks at the guy that brought it to us and says with a shaking voice... Is it a three cylinder? Guy say, Yes sir as he lifts the hood to show him. The look on my daddys face and his eyes will be locked in my mind forever, actually in my soul forever. The place where time begins and time ends for my mind...my life spring, of sorts. I have never been more proud to be his daughter!! Daughters find their meaning when they can make their Daddys smile. I found mine today! 09.26.1964-2014 SHOUT OUT WALKER JONES AND MICHAEL KING, You helped make a memory of a lifetime!
