Richard Rizzo 50th anniversary of his accident which took place in Palatine, Illinois December 31, driving home from celebrating New Year, s eve in Lake Zurich with a friend, lost his life retuning to Cicero where he lived with his grandparents. He attended school at Navy Pier, held a part time job, was focused on his education and whenever he used my phone to call friends and family members he would write me a note giving me name and phone number he called.
