Richard and I were able to get away for a week for a much needed rest. But not so much rest........hiking and riding and sight seeing in the Smoky Mountains! While we were gone, business as usual here at the Rescue. Came home to leaking barn, Rebel not eating well, and a new rescue out of Wood County. We are busy busy this morning. We would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all those who made it possible for us to get away. Thank you to Jim and Jannette for taking care of the horses daily. Thanks to Sheila and Katie for coming out and helping over the weekend. Thanks to Tim & Cindy, and Darrell & Kim for taking some of the horses to their own properties to care for them. AND Thank you to Troy for being here to receive the new rescue and get him settled in. We have lots of horses that are ready for adoption, hopefully within the next week I will be able to get them up on FB. For those who have been leaving messages.......give me some time and I will get back to you. Gotta go earn some money to pay for that trip! LOL :)
