Richmond Traffic Alert I-95 Crash Update: All northbound lanes have reopened following cleanup following an earlier crash involving a tractor-trailer and a fuel spill at mile marker 57 (one mile south of the Woods Edge interchange). The left and center southbound lanes remain closed while crews begin repair work. The right southbound lane has reopened to traffic.
