Riding my bike at full speed taking my dog for a run, then out of nowhere, this huge german shepherd darts in front of my bike. I crashed into the dog full speed, breaking all of his ribs and running over the dog. It launched me into the air and i tumbled into the street busting up my knee, hip, thigh, and the worst is my wrist because i put my hands out to break my fall. Cant move my wrist at all, its in excruciating pain, and now im headed to the ER where they will problably put a cast on it and i cant workout until it heals. Neighbors came outside because they thought that it was a gun shot. Oh well, it is what it is, gotta stay positive through all things. It could have been worst; i could have busted up my handsome face lol
