Right guys and girls, firstly i would like to apologize for the lack of posts that have been on my page as of late. After the weekend at BodyPower UK representing team Grenade I dove straight into a new business venture with Shelly Motors A unique system put together by both myself and founder of Shelly Motors Andrew Shelly were his staff get to take time out of there work day to have 1to1 and group personal training with myself as well as personal nutrition plans for each individual. In my opinion this is an outstanding employee perk as it is built into there daily tasks, in essence they are being paid to become fitter and healthier individuals! The amount of benefits such as a train at work scheme can have are endless, to list a few Healthier working environment Decrease in sick days Happier staff Increased productivity Personal development This is just one of the ventures i am currently putting allot of my time and focus into. My 10 week online training program is having achieving some massive results with dedicated hard working individuals, the next 10 weeks in which i will be looking to take on 5 new clients commences on the 17th of June so all those who are interested please message myself asap if you are interested. I am also currently guiding a few very talented individuals into there first, second and third competitions, Not only are these people hard working but they also have the courage and pride to step out onto the stage under the bright lights in front of hundreds sometimes thousands of people and show everyone just how hard they have worked and how they are the best they can be! although i am their coach they are an inspiration to myself in what one individual can achieve if they truly put everything they have into it. Finally were I myself am heading. . . . . . My training is slowly but surely coming back into action, my knee is on the mend and so is my shoulder. My main goals for the future are Get back to my Olympic lifting Spend more time swimming Focus on function not physique Get my head back in the books and study! GET MY UKSCA ACCREDITATION as a Strength & Conditioning COACH Work with as many talented individuals as i can. That is a little update on everything going on.
