Right now I am torn I am watching ABC 30 news and the mother of they boy who got ran over by the two teens in the Red Van is pissed. Okay, she has a right to be and far be it by me to know what a parent will do when they lose a child. I am thankful to God that he has spared me that pain so far. Needless to say this boy died in a really horrible way and the driver that ran away because he was scared didnt make it any better, but you have to ask yourself some very important questions: 1. Why did mother let her boy play in the streets? I know as a boy I played and where we lived there was crazy drivers so it was a game of Russian Roulette. You take your chances. 2. Why didnt she tell the kids to play on the yard for that reason of crazy drivers? These days kids will do what they will and to hell with caution. Why I am torn? 1. This lady gets on TV and says things like her boy is in a freezer and the two boys are home with their mother watching TV, Where is the Justice? 2. When you get on TV and say things, you open yourself up for criticism and now I am torn to say some thing and ask real questions about justice. 1. Why arent they bringing charges on the mom for putting a child in danger by letting him play in the streets. 2. This woman says her boy loved Christ and loved sharing Jesus with anyone. One has to ask themselves if they are true Christians and trust in God/Christ, then why dont they let the Dinuba Police Department do their jobs to do a thorough job in bring up charges for these two boys. Whats worse throughout all this, if you go to their Facebook page Justice for Eli there are people there making threats of giving their own sense of justice. I think they call that vigilantism. I thought as much something like this couldve happen because: 1. No one knows the real reason why those boys didnt stop. 2. Why were these kids playing on the streets and where was the parent or parents of these children to watch over them? 3. How is that Eli was the only one that killed or hurt? Based on the way the Media is reporting this theyve made it look one sided and weve yet to understand the whole scenario. There are two sides to every story and just as Ive predicted that the media as already crucified these boys in the van without knowing the whole story. The public has already made up their minds and it now seems the relatives and friends are seeking their own justice. I just hope that the relatives dont do anything stupid and get their own justice because it will only come back to them and most of all how is that they will honor Eli by doing things like that. Its always the innocents who pay for the stupidity of others. My condolences go out to the family and mother (wheres the father through out all this). I will pray that they truly rely on their faith an trust and rely on God for as he says vengeance is mine Gods vengeance is so much sweeter.
