Right now Indiana Students for Concealed Carry are working to show support for HB 1018 that would allow concealed carry on most state property, including public universities. The bills author, Rep. Jim Lucas, is asking supporters in Indiana to melt the phone lines asking for the bill to get a hearing. If youre a voter in Indiana, dial (800) 382-9841 and ask for Tom Dermody. You may get his legislative assistant Matt, which is also good. Make a short statement that you would like for HB 1018 to get a hearing, and why. Keep it short and polite.
