Right now, as the air is crisp and the wind is strong and it still smells of our leaves burning, is my favorite time of year... to catch up on tv shows! 1.) Tons of blood and gore this season on The Walking Dead. I dig it. And its clipping along, for once. 2.) The Affair on Showtime. The concept, guy vs girl aspect each half hour, I find compelling. Im absolutely adoring it. 3.) AHS: Freakshow. Too in your face. The writers on this show have people locked in their basements. 4.) Didnt think she could pull it off this season by herself, but Carrie in Homeland is so great. Watch! Eat a croissant. Wave a Islamabad flag. Smoke 100 cigarettes. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. 5.) Did you guys watch The Killing yet on Netflix? It was a TKO of a telly show and I don’t say that lightly. Deliciously dark in every way with impeccable performances, and haunting imagery. ALL THE EMOTIONS. It remains an all time fave. Hope you enjoyed this weeks TV talks with Anna.
