Right now at Rosewood Enoteca: Roasted Pork Sandwich with grilled pork neck, horseradish mayo, bacon, salsa verde, mozzarella and tomato and Local Roasted Half Chicken with grilled asparagus and pan jus. Everything was beyond delish, the blend of flavors in the sandwich was a pleasant surprise and the chicken was organic, juicy and super tender. Asparagus grilled to perfection with a bite. The staff is always friendly and so attentive and well trained. Can you tell I love Rosewood? 😁
