Right now he has no rights then all those charges and he should have to move back to Pennsylvania like everyone else and start going to pre trail service to make sure he is not using any cocaine or any other schedule II controlled substance and Im sure that AG office will have a expert witness in the field of narcotics investigation under rule of evidence 702 base on His/Her following qualification that all those amount as an expert in the field of Narcotics Investigation.Would testify that basedon the circumstances it is his/her expert opinion that the controlled sudstances that the EX judge stoled were for mere use but consistent with possession of controlled substances with the intent to Deliver because of how many envelopes and amounts of over 1gram in each one that what they would testify to everyone else RIGHT!!!!!!!
