Great job, now just remember to choose a healthy lunch, afternoon snack and dinner plus get some movement in and you are cruising your towards more Simplicity and health in no time! Healthy blood sugar, body weight, balanced hormones, sleep and vitality dont happen by talking about them or reading someone elses thoughtful quotes on Facebook...you need to get off your fine @$$ and DO SOMETHING to make it happen.
