Right people, please dig deep and help me find somewhere beautiful to go for Christmas. Let me be honest with you. My children will be with their dad this year over Christmas, and I need a serious distraction. I decided to go home and my dear mom offered to contribute to the fare, but after much searching, the flights are beyond normal in price so I am left defeated. Many close friends have offered for me to join their family Christmas, but my feeling is that it might be harder to be with others with children. So, I am looking for a gorgeous, quirky, cosy place to stay in natural surroundings, within nature, where I will be still and held, where I can heart the heartbeat of the planet and be at peace with myself.
