Right the manager from ph jones and the gas service engineer from Bromford have gone and said I now need an electrician to trace the problem as they havent a clue why the room stat is controlling the hot water. So Ive got to wait again for an electrician to come out and god knows how long that will be;?they dont know, but are supposedly calling me later today and have promised yet again it will be fixed before I have to go into hospital. Theyve also said theyll get the room thermostat moved to a sensible place as Ive told them its not acceptable to have it so I cannot open my front door properly and if paramedics needed to take someone out of house like Mariah needed they wouldnt be able to get through the door. Theyve also taken pictures of the filthy marks left by the last electrician and say they wont send him to me again, theyll go to Bromford repairs to get them to come repaint the ceilings and walls and repair the hole hes filled with silicon sealer. I wish I had time to take this to the papers now its beyond a joke
